1. Free Plan

The Starter plan is completely free and does not involve any payment. No refund applies to free plan usage as no charges are made.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day full refund on all new paid plan subscriptions (Business and Enterprise). This guarantee applies to:

  • Your first payment on any paid plan
  • Requests submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date
  • Accounts that have not violated our Terms of Service

Under the 7-day guarantee, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, with no deductions.

3. Eligibility for Refund After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if:

  • There was a significant, documented service outage (more than 24 hours of consecutive downtime) that we failed to resolve
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
  • A technical issue prevented you from using the core features of the Service and was not resolved within 72 hours of reporting

Refunds are not provided after 7 days for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to use the service (unused subscription period)
  • Issues caused by your DNS configuration or domain registrar
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial months of service already consumed

4. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 7-day guarantee applies from the date of annual payment
  • After 7 days, a pro-rated refund for unused months may be considered if you qualify under Section 3
  • No refund is given if you have used more than 1 month of an annual subscription beyond the 7-day window

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future charges. Your account continues until the end of the current paid period. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings.
  • Refund: Returns money already paid. Must be explicitly requested by emailing us.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@havitomail.com with subject line: “Refund Request — [your email address]”
  2. Include: your registered email address, the date of payment, the amount paid, and the reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.

8. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of paid plans after changes constitutes acceptance.
