Billing and pricing questions
Is HavitoMail Pro priced per user?
No. Pro is one flat price of $19 per year (₹1,499 in India) for your whole account: up to 5 domains and 20 mailboxes. Adding your 2nd or 20th mailbox does not change the price.
Can I pay monthly?
No. Pro is billed annually only. At $19 per year it works out to about $1.58 a month for the whole team, so we keep billing simple with one payment a year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Outside India you pay in USD by card through Dodo Payments, which accepts cards worldwide. In India you pay in INR through Razorpay using UPI, debit or credit cards, or netbanking.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before applicable taxes. In India, GST may apply as per Indian tax regulations. Elsewhere, any tax that applies is calculated at checkout before you confirm the payment.
What is your refund policy?
Your first payment on Pro comes with a 7-day full refund. Email billing@havitomail.com within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. The full details are in our refund policy.
Is there a free plan?
No. HavitoMail has no permanent free plan. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with 1 domain, 1 mailbox, 1 GB storage, webmail, IMAP/SMTP and the DNS wizard. No credit card is needed to start the trial. After the trial, Pro is $19 per year (₹1,499 in India).
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Start the 14-day free trial, connect your domain and set up your mailbox. Upgrade to Pro from your dashboard whenever you are ready, during or after the trial. Your domain and existing mail stay where they are.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
If you have not upgraded, you get a 7-day grace period with a reminder email each day. After that your mailboxes are paused, but incoming mail is still received and kept safe. Renew to Pro at any time and access is restored instantly, with all your mail intact.
What if I need more than 20 mailboxes?
Pro covers up to 20 mailboxes and 5 domains, which is what HavitoMail is built for: small teams. You can also use free aliases such as info@ or sales@ that deliver into existing mailboxes, so they do not use up a mailbox. If you need more, email support@havitomail.com.
