6 Reasons to Switch from Microsoft 365 to HavitoMail
All the email power you need — none of the Microsoft overhead.
Privacy without Microsoft
Microsoft scans email for compliance, safety, and service improvement. HavitoMail never reads your messages. Your business email stays entirely private.
Setup in 30 minutes, not days
M365 setup requires DNS configuration, admin console navigation, and often a reseller. HavitoMail's DNS wizard gives you exact copy-paste records and verifies them live.
Full DNS control — no dependency
With HavitoMail you own your MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. If you ever switch providers, your domain email is completely portable.
SSL/TLS encryption on everything
SMTP, IMAP, and webmail all run over TLS. Your credentials and email content are never transmitted in plain text.
No bloatware — just email
Microsoft 365 bundles Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and dozens of apps you may not use. HavitoMail is focused: professional email done right.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about switching from Microsoft 365.
Can HavitoMail replace Microsoft 365 for my business email?
Yes. HavitoMail provides everything your business needs for email: custom @yourcompany.com addresses, webmail, IMAP/SMTP, email aliases, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, and an admin dashboard. If you use Microsoft 365 purely for email, HavitoMail is a direct, cheaper replacement.
How much cheaper is HavitoMail vs Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 Business Basic costs from about $6/user/month (around ₹185 in India). For a team of 10, that is roughly $720 a year. HavitoMail Pro is $19/year flat for up to 20 accounts (₹1,499/year in India) — saving about $700 a year for the same team.
Can I use Outlook with HavitoMail?
Absolutely. HavitoMail supports standard IMAP/SMTP, so you can add your HavitoMail account to Microsoft Outlook, Outlook for Mac, or Outlook Mobile just like any other email provider. Full setup instructions are in Settings → Connect Apps.
Will emails from HavitoMail reach Microsoft Outlook inboxes?
Yes. HavitoMail auto-generates DKIM signing keys and walks you through SPF and DMARC setup. Properly authenticated email reaches inboxes at Microsoft, Gmail, and all major providers — it is not marked as spam.
Can I migrate emails from Microsoft 365 to HavitoMail?
Yes. Since HavitoMail uses standard IMAP, you can migrate your existing Microsoft 365 email using tools like imapsync, your email client's import/export feature, or any standard IMAP migration utility.
Do I lose Teams or SharePoint if I switch email to HavitoMail?
You can continue using Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps independently — they can be licensed separately. HavitoMail only replaces the email component of your Microsoft 365 subscription.
