Consultants in Jaipur: what the practice actually looks like

Jaipur's consulting demand comes from three directions. The state government and its undertakings are a steady buyer — DPRs, scheme evaluations, skill-mission and tourism-policy studies commissioned through RFPs from departments in the Secretariat and from RIICO. The second is the export trade: gems, jewellery and handicraft houses in Johari Bazaar and the Sitapura SEZ that need export documentation, compliance for buyer audits, costing and increasingly e-commerce and brand consulting to sell direct overseas. The third is hospitality, where the heritage-hotel and wedding-destination economy buys revenue management, F&B and operations advisory. Around these sit MSME consultants helping units access Rajasthan's subsidy and cluster-development schemes.
